Postage & Packing:
We aim to dispatch our dummies within two working days of receiving your order and are pleased to send our dummies to:
1) England, Wales and Scotland: The dummies are sent by Fastway Couriers for speed and reliability and are usually delivered the next working day. Certain remote areas of the country may experience slightly longer delivery times.
2) Northern Ireland: The dummies are sent by trackable Parcelforce 48 with a guaranteed two day delivery.
3) Rest of the World: The dummies are sent using Parcelforce Global Priority. This service provides the facility to track the parcel for added peace of mind and offers an extremely speedy delivery. Examples of delivery times are:
- USA / Canada: 3 days
- Western Europe: 3 days
- Eastern Europe: 4 days
- Australia: 5 days
- Japan: 4 days
- Southern Africa: 4 days
- South America: 5 days
However, customers living in remote regions may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4) Costumes dispatched without dummies are sent by Royal Mail first class post to UK destinations and Royal Mail airmail to Europe and the rest of the world. (up to 2000g). Parcels over 2000g to non-UK destinations are sent by Parcelforce International.
General notes:
1) Please ensure your correct country location is chosen at the checkout to enable the correct postage to be levied. Failure to do this will mean the dummy being retained until correct postage has been paid.
2) Postage and packing charged is realistic and we do not make any money from these charges. Your dummy is wrapped in thick bubblewrap and packed in a double-walled carton to ensure that it arrives in top condition.
3) Be aware that customs duties and/or taxes may be due on parcels delivered to non-EU destinations and are normally payable to the delivery company before release of the parcel. Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and out of the control of Kallini Puppets.
