These terms and conditions apply to customers (“Customers”) who access the Kallini Puppets website (“Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering.

Prices for the items are clearly shown on the product pages.
For Customers based outside the UK: the prices shown on the Website may not include all applicable taxes and fees – there might be import duties and taxes to pay to receive your delivery. Such charges, if applicable, are usually levied when the package reaches the delivery address, which you will be responsible for the payment of. We have no control over these charges, if they apply, and are unable to predict how much they could be in your location. Please contact your local customs authority before placing your order.

Any personal information provided to us will be processed in accordance with our Cookies and Privicy policy.
Delivery
Kallini Puppets offers worldwide shipping on all orders.
Items purchased for delivery within the UK will be shipped free of charge. Items purchased for delivery elsewhere attract a shipping contribution fee of £20.00.
For international buyers (Customers outside the UK): : the prices for items on the Website may not include all applicable taxes and fees. Kallini Puppets is not responsible for any customs duty, taxes or fees payable for items crossing the border, such costs to be met by the Customer.
All items are inspected before being carefully packaged and are guaranteed to leave our premises in new condition.
Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail. For deliveries outside UK, Royal Mail engage with their delivery counterparts in your country; e.g. U.S. Postal Service (North America), PostNord (Denmark, Sweden).
We obtain proof of shipping for all items.
A tracking number is forwarded to the purchaser at the time of shipping.
Items are usually dispatched within 4 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If you wish to return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, please inform us using the contact page on the Website, we will provide you with the postal address to which you should send your item. Post the item back in the same condition, and in the original packaging supplied. We recommend that you return your package using a tracked service, and send us the tracking information – IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide a refund if the SECURITY TAG has been removed.
Once your item is accepted back into stock you will be issued a refund usually within 2 business days.
Return postage cost to be met by the buyer.

All the pages in the Website, are owned by or licensed to Kallini Puppets, or are used with the permission of the owner.
The contents of the Website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission.
Right to vary these terms and conditions
Kallini Puppets reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you place your order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law.
